		<description>I like the part where you have to give a month notice for time off. They on the other hand could change your schedule after It&#039;s been posted and not tell you. If you are late for that changed shift you are written up. In the end everything ends up being your fault. They make the rules and change them to suit them selfs.</description>

At Fred&#039;s, forget about calling in sick, unless you want to hear a guilt trip.  Where I&#039;ve been the last ten years; come in sick, and they&#039;ll make you go home...</description>
